I. Purchase
1. The www.magedi.pl online store is run by the company MAGEDI Edward Magdziarz with its registered office in Warsaw, address: 03-463 Warsaw, ul. Jagielońska 52, REGON: 015820415, NIP: 5240003288. The store allows you to buy goods via the internet electronic network at www.magedi.pl.

2. To maximize the security of transactions, payments for the goods ordered in the store www.magedi.pl are handled by PayPal. To complete the purchase, the Customer may choose one of the payment options in the order form.
3. To place an order, the Customer must provide real contact details necessary to complete the order: name, surname, exact address, e-mail address and telephone number.
4. If the ordering party is a company, the company name and tax identification number should be additionally provided.
5. You must be 18 years of age to place an order.
6. Before placing an order, a written confirmation by e-mail from magedi@o2.pl should be obtained, confirming the availability of the product and the waiting time for the product from the moment of payment for the product.
8. Orders in which the Customer's data is false or incomplete will not be implemented.
11. The Ordering Party has the right to return the goods at his own expense within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason - the goods must not bear traces of use.
After receiving the return of the undamaged goods to the address of Mageda, ul. Jagielońska 52, 03-463 Warsaw, we will transfer the purchase amount to the bank account provided by the customer. The cost of return shipment is not refundable.
II. Supply
Shipments are sent by courier at the customer's expense after accepting additional costs by e-mail and after receiving payments to the account.

III. Complaints
1. A defective or factory-damaged product may be replaced by a product free from defects.

RULES OF SKEP MAGEDI
These regulations are addressed to all users of the store belonging to the Magedi art studio on the website www.magedi.pl and define the rules for using it. The condition for using the store is to read the regulations and making a transaction in the online store at www.magedi.pl is tantamount to its (regulations) acceptance.
